Abs Exchange & Buyback

1. FULLCASH

FullCash is a subset of the Absolute Price program (Abs) that includes offers and products requiring 100% cash payment.

FullCash cannot be purchased using Zuture Buyback or exchanges from products and offers outside the FullCash category.

The FullCash category includes:

  • MEO
  • BYOB
  • Auto System

Any products or offers not included in the FullCash category are considered Non-FullCash.

The following table lists the ONLY ways to obtain FullCash (methods not listed below are not permitted):

2. BUYBACK

Zuture Buyback cannot be applied toward the purchase of FullCash.

Zuture Buyback can be applied toward all other products within the Abs program.

3. EXCHANGE

3.1. Exchange rules

3.2. Exchange scenarios

3.2.1. FullCash → FullCash

Allowed under FullCash exchange rules.

3.2.2. FullCash → Non-FullCash

Allowed.

3.2.3. Non-FullCash → FullCash

Not allowed.

Even if the original order includes both FullCash and Non-FullCash, the Non-FullCash portion cannot be separately exchanged into any FullCash package.

3.2.4. Non-FullCash → Non-FullCash

Allowed.

3.3. Target order pricing rules

3.3.1. FullCash → Non-FullCash

When exchanging FullCash into Non-FullCash, the applicable discount for the Non-FullCash portion in the target order will be limited to the current maximum discount cap. If the current sales campaign offers a lower price, that price will apply instead.

3.3.2. Non-FullCash → Non-FullCash

When exchanging Non-FullCash into Non-FullCash, the following principles apply.

First, the average discount rate applied to the Non-FullCash portion in the original order will be determined, excluding any $0 gift products that are not eligible for exchange. (*)

The discount applied to the Non-FullCash portion in the target order will be determined as follows:

  • If (*) exceeds the current maximum discount cap:
    The current maximum discount cap will apply. If the current sales campaign offers a lower price, that price will apply instead.
  • If (*) falls within the current maximum discount cap:
    The discount rate of (*) will apply. If the current sales campaign offers a lower price, that price will apply instead.
