To provide a more flexible ownership experience, we offer 2 access options: Standard Access & Premium Access.

Each option is designed to accommodate different levels of assistance, support, and additional benefits.

3. Premium Access vs Standard Access

3.1. Standard Access

Standard Access is designed for traders who are comfortable managing their own setup and prefer a more self-directed experience.

Support is available through email & chat, with remote assistance provided when necessary.

Initial configuration guidance is also provided via email or chat. You will complete your own setup while our team remains available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process.

Standard Access includes coverage for 1 computer.

Remote support under Standard Access is provided on a best-effort basis and subject to availability.

3.2. Premium Access

Premium Access is designed for traders who prefer a more guided experience, including white-glove onboarding, priority support, and personalized services.

The following services are included with Premium Access:

  • 365-day priority customer service
    Priority handling of support requests for 365 days, helping reduce waiting time when assistance is needed
  • White-glove software setup & onboarding
    – Installation
    – License activation
    – Basic workspace and chart setup (if needed)
    – Key features walkthrough
    – Key parameters overview
    – Recommended initial configuration
    – Preconfigured templates (if applicable)
    – Personalized Q&A session
  • Personalized trading setup & workflow optimization
    Guidance on how to use the product effectively and combine it with other products
  • Performance review & optimization (within 30 days of purchase)
    Recommendations to help refine and optimize your setup based on your real-world experience with the product
  • Dual-PC coverage
    Activation rights for 2 personal computers, supporting common setups such as a primary trading machine, VPS, backup computer, or development workstation
  • 180-day free remote assistance
    6 times the remote assistance coverage period available with Standard Access
  • 45 minutes per remote session
    Additional time during each session to work through setup, configuration, and troubleshooting needs
  • Priority scheduling
    Earlier access to available remote assistance appointments when scheduling is required
  • 1 additional exchange
    A higher exchange allowance, increasing the total from 3 to 4 exchanges
